v3.r3. It is for DOS and it runs in 320x240 and uses 16x16 tiles loaded from
ordinary 320x240 PCX files. It features animated tiles, setting a few tile
flags (boundary and over), warping from location to location, and built-in
tile editor, and rather extensive documentation. It was designed for making
games with DJGPP and ALLEGRO. If you want some pseudo-code or source code on
how to load these maps in your own programs, just e-mail me
